Hello,

I'm going to see one of these tomorrow, it sounds like what I want...

What should I be looking out for? Anything in particular?

Has anyone got experience of these mowers? Good or bad!

:)

Had one years ago, the only bad thing about it I remember was ther were no swathing boards, you fitted a couple of plates under the hood.
The problem for us was we only had narrow pickup balers then & without the plates was too narrow, with both plates was too wide, worked with one plate fitted but that made the bale a bit one sided.
Can't remember how many discs there are in them, if it's an odd number then the outside two run the same way & may have left a bit of a line, the 1350 & 55 that followed them did for sure, not much but if you are fussy.....

Now Then..
At the age that a 1320 is I'd look at everything,,,, and then look again.
Pretty bomb proof back in the day.
Check the cutterbar for oil (8mm hex key), cracks, and weld etc. The conditioner tines should have bushes in. They will be packed with grass an look OK. Ideally you should take a random 2 or 3 pins out and check the bush condition. The flex drive to the cutterbar used to fail occasionally too..
Don't forget,,,, it's an old machine, eh.
If you do buy it, you might want to fit all new tine bushes and some pins if worn and change all the oil.
