Hey I’m in need of some help here before I split my unit I want to make sure I’m on the right track. I stalled my tractor out with my Moco (mower) and since then my PTO will not disengage I have 150psi (10 bar) at the PTO shift valve when the lever is shifted in just wanna make sure there’s nothing else people have found before I split this unit and dive into the PTO clutch and or PTO brake?

Stalled..as in the mower stopped and the PTO should have been engaged?
My guess that the clutch.plates in the PTO unit have warped, and now it's constantly dragging.. just my theory .

I'm pretty sure lack of oil pressure throws the pto out of engagement (and drops the splitter into low), so it sounds more like an internal problem like warped clutch plates as suggested above.

Yeah hit a big puddle and it stalled the tractor. I was kind of thinking the same way as I’m pretty sure it spring applied clutch

Can you turn the pto shaft when the tractor is stopped?
If it won’t turn by hand with the engine off then the plates have probably warped or it’s torn the friction lining off and jammed.
If it will turn you need to look at the control valve.
