John Deere 582 high flow . Belts getting caught in cleaner auger

Has anyone ever bad any problems with a nd 582 round baler with the belts keep getting caught and pulled in by the cleaner auger ? Baler had a full set of new belts on beginning of season and it's grab belts a few times but not damaged them until Last night when in ripped one to shreds... anyone know why it keeps doing it?

When the tension arms down at the rear of balers can the belts be pushed in over an inch or 2??.

Belts all just push in below 2 inch ... Just been advised to take the extra drive chain off on top of baler on left side as it pushes slack forward instead of leaving it at back when tipping bale out

Yeah I disengaged the 3rd drive roller, seemed to work

It baler 300 yesterday without no problem hopefully sorted cheers

I have just got a 582, the belts are rubbing one side of the tension arm. The side where the tension spring is mounted.
When you look inside from the top with half a bale in, the belt is bent round against the tension arm.
I have checked this belt and it is the correct length and there are no bearings gone.
What would be your first thoughts the fault to be? Will it be belt related or something else?
