I've checked earths,fuses and relay.

Side, headlight and worklight selector switch is O.K

Relay in fuse box clicks when headlights switched on.

But no power to main/dip/flash switch.

Where do I look now ?

Are the bulbs ok?

Some stuff is wired so the switch is after the bulbs.

I haven't checked the bulbs as I thaught it very unlikely that 4 filaments would blow at the same time.

But I have checked for 12v at the bulb plug and there is none on the main or dipped wire.

I've been reading the 6430 Premium TM for my bedtime read tonight.. I'll have a quick look at the ol' 6400 wiring tomoz if I get time.. I presume you have a premium type tractor, not an SE??
Did you loose all the headlights at the same time?? Does it have 'beltline' headlights?? All the other lights are ok??

Have you checked fuse F107 and relay K104?? Check that you have power at one of the fuse female pins when the fuse is out, also you should have power at pin 30 of relay K104. Additionally there should be power at pin 86 of K104 with the light switch at the headlight position.

12 volt on the lower terminal of F107.

K104 has power and switches when headlights selected.

Relay checked by swapping with the fan relay (which is the same type) and fan still works.

Hi, Can anyone please help. Having issues with majority of the lighting on the tractor. Not getting power to the lighting fuses. Other fuses seem to be working and the lighting fuses themselves appear to be ok. Does anyone know what else could be causing this problem?

Got the same problem on my 6330, tried swapping relays and checked fuses , did you find the answer?
Now Then..
Not being funny, but a 6330 is a completely different tractor to a 6400, especially in the wiring. I would start a new thread,,,, and indicate if your tractor is a Standard or Premium version, massive difference there too..
You may have fixed it so disregard all the above..
