That square bit metal looks like it had its corners punched so it would sit tight in where it was housed

But he wants to know from where it came?? Not enouth to say that came from TLS block. Show him with finger

Yes but question was if it fell off from square aluminium part which cannot be ordered separately as it is "the heart" of the valve or it fell off from any of those screw-in components of the valve which can be ordered separately. I got the info that it is probably from the heart inside so other complete valve is the solution.

If it was the piece from 5, 9, 14, 11, 12 on the photo then I can order that part only and replace and that is it. It is found inside number 9 hole.
If it is piece from inside middle block then whole valve must be replaced. Simple as that for someone with a brain.
