But he wants to know from where it came?? Not enouth to say that came from TLS block. Show him with fingerThat square bit metal looks like it had its corners punched so it would sit tight in where it was housed

Hi there…did you get this sorted…I’ve just found the same part in my relief valve and don’t know where it goes!I have John Deere 6520 on which TLS most times lies flat down or sometimes after minute goes up and down.
We were sure it was sensor so we replaced TLS position sensor, calibrate it and also replaces rubber seals on one shock valve or how it is called, it has one white plastic and 5-6 rubber seals. Then sometimes it works good but then suddenly it lifts up and goes down.
When we removed that valve this is what came out. Since that whole piece cost arm&leg does anyone have idea where this piece came from ? Maybe I can buy just that valve where this broke off and repair it ? Tractor is sold so I must repair it but not buy whole damn block
Thanks a lot

Do you know a weaker that might let you disassemble a known good valve?. Probably the only way you can copy and see what's broken and missing. We only see the destroyed parts usually. It's one of 2 check valves embedded in the valve block during manufacture. I have the ball back in place with a roll pin to hold it in place. It's not LS but a one way check at the bottom of the

I was very optimistic for a fix. However things are looking bleak,,,
This is where the square bit goes, with room for the ball to move. I wonder if it should have a spring, There's little room for a spring though..
Unfortunately not. This is a customer tractor. The time on it has got out of hand already. I'm going to put it back in now, if it still doesn't work, it's new valve time. It's expensive, but so is time...Do you know a weaker that might let you disassemble a known good valve?. Probably the only way you can copy and see what's broken and missing.
