Not something I’ve really been involved with (we obviously have a couple of very helpful members that are very knowledgeable!) but have the fans motors been swimming in water?

If you have no fans at all, then check the fuse intially. If you have flat out speed but nothing else, change the resistor.

Also to bear in mind is that if you were running on one fan unknowingly for a time, the 2nd one will have a surely died.

I always change both fans if I am in the HVAC for any reason, also check the heater valve for leaking and not shutting off fully. Any doubt i change that too whilst the seat is out, and flush out the evap core which will inevitably be full of dust and sped up the fans dying.
