john deere 6630 poor brakes

Years ago I bought a 3130 with knackered brakes, gave grief for a while. Cured it by putting it on axle stands , filling the back end with diesel and running in 5 mins bursts then draining and refilling. Took 5 cycles before the diesel wasn't grey. I think the hollow shafts and pipes were coated in a layer of gunk. That cured it though.

I know of a 6620 which would be owned by a rough enough operator , money would be tight , he didn't do the brakes in time , bits went through the system , did the brakes and cleaned it out, the ram seals in the loader started giving trouble after , power steering ram as well started leaking , had to trade it in as it wouldn't stay going without giving trouble.
Thats the same for any make tho,can cost thousands if you don't do the brakes in time.Surely its not beyond the wit of man to separate the brakes?
