John Deere 6820 4wd not working

I will look in morning, need to drain a lot of oil first !!
First thing I would do is turn engine off, put into park and lift front of the tractor with merlo. If you can spin Both the front wheels By hand (check the prop shaft is turning!) then most likely your 4wd clutch pack is faulty.
much quicker than faffing with the solenoids- if they fail, they normally get stuck IN 4wd. My money is on the clutch...

I agree it looks like its internal (clutch)....just a bit surprised it worked one day and not the next and rather strange bulb failed at exactly the same time !!
