John Deere 732 sprayer issue

Hello, having an issue with the induction hopper filling up, not flushing through to the tank. Thought it would be the filters blocking but no luck, almost as if air is getting in somewhere. Only way I’ve found to clear it is higher engine revs, which doesn’t work to well but it does it. Anyone had this issue that could help?

I had that happen a few times. If you are using powder the pipe could be blocked. The only solution is take it off and flush it out. If it’s just thick liquid run the hopper on its own, don’t be filling the sprayer at the same time. As you say keep the revs up. Maybe dilute the chemical to thin it a bit.

The venturi is quite a distance from the tank so it is quite an ask for it sometimes

I had this problem a few years back. I am pretty sure it was low system pressure. If you look to the right side of the pump there is a black tube with a adjustable thread in it. This can be adjusted to give more system pressure. I expect like mine though the seals have gone in it.
