And if you have an accident hse will royally shaft you, as much as hate being that person to point it out. Your better off just getting used to all these safety things

Just pull the wire apart so it looks like vermin damage and then forget about it because if they ever had to look at it in then a mouse has done it and if needs be insurance.
dealers have said you can't disconnect it , the tractor will be immobilizedJust pull the wire apart so it looks like vermin damage and then forget about it because if they ever had to look at it in then a mouse has done it and if needs be insurance.
your right about it being a pain in the arse, have you mentioned it to your dealers, if so what did they say ?I have a 6250r and have the same problem doesnt matter if its the slightly over weight me or the 3 stone student it happens to all of us. It is a pain in the backside, not found a solution yet.

Seems not have a button/somthing on screen to press to keep the pto engaged like most makesHad kubota on demo few weeks ago and every time i got of seat the pto cut out which wasnt much use seein as i needed to get out to put fill pipe on tanker so i just joined wires to bypass it. Then put them back way they were b4 i left it back. Simple
It will be like 99% of other tractors if its removed.imagine the comments on here if someone had done something like that then had a accident because of it........ there Would be a public stoning and they’d be Called everything under the sun for doing something stupid which everyone would never do of course ffs
No button in cab to do this. Dealer mechanic said you have to use mudguard buttons to do this which is a joke so just disconnected itDavydiesel are u sure that there was no way to switch on the PTO and enable the remote PTO buttons thus allowing the PTO to run when u exit the cab? That’s a common feature on tractors now.
I do hope they sent you a bill for tampering with THEIR tractor!Had kubota on demo few weeks ago and every time i got of seat the pto cut out which wasnt much use seein as i needed to get out to put fill pipe on tanker so i just joined wires to bypass it. Be better if they sent headquarters a letter telling them not to make something so stupid!I do hope they sent you a bill for tampering with THEIR tractor!
so you get off seat and it cuts out... that’s so silly..... and we wonder why the death rate is increasing....Be better if they sent headquarters a letter telling them not to make something so stupid!
I think it is silly, very silly actually. In 10 yrs time when it's the norm my wee fella will probably laugh at me for turning PTO off and selecting neutral before working on machine. "Sure it stops itself " he'll say. What happens if it fails? Common sense taught or rely on technology?S

You will interfere with the tractor engaging the park lock if you mess with the seat occupancy sensor. Currently if u leave the seat it applies Park in 2 seconds. That feature I love. No more messing with handbrakes or shuttle park nonsense.
