Fitted a new pump to our 2004 6120se and it sounds like it’s cavitating ( whines ) replaced suction hose , filter screen all clear . Anyone else experienced this problem ?

From where did you source the new pump?? Did you use the reccommended start up procedure for the new pump?? What pressure and flow are you getting through a flowmeter??

Waiting for tech to come out so we can check press and flow , hydramech pump. Just standard gear pump pre lube before fitting .
