John Deere ops centre data and gatekeeper

Evening,

We use the JD Ops centre to record work done when we are spreading muck. Works well, let’s the drivers share their coverage maps and also records what work has been done. If we are doing our own work we can import it to Gatekeeper. The issue is we mainly contract spread for others, some of the customers would like the application data but we can’t export to their gatekeeper, only ours. It seems the jd system is setup for single businesses not contracting. Has anyone worked a way around this?

I asked them about the export features the other day - how easy is it to transfer the information out of JD?

To be totally honest I’ve only actually done it the once. Didn’t seem to bad to be fair. We are getting alot of benefit from the system for the operators in being able to share data. It would just give us an extra service to offer if we can export the coverage maps to customers.
