Everyone thinks case will be at cfm . The ginger cfm rep told us the new brand will be easier on price but will not say what the brand is ? shame jd is out as we like ours so will have to run up winnards perch for bits now .
I was told an announcement will made in October by cfm.

I think you all need to listen to the iconic album “Rumours” by Fleetwood Mac!! It goes well with this and many other threads on this forum!
‘I don’t want to know’ about ‘The chain’ of ‘second hand news’ of dealers ‘dreams’ making the decision to ‘go your own way’. I’m sure they’re ‘never going back again’ so ‘don’t stop’, ‘songbird’

Just to clear up the rumours...

Fact... CFM have handed in their notice as JD dealers.

Fact... Truro Farm machinery have been sacked/given notice as Case dealers

Fact...Alan Prouse has been sacked/given notice by Krone.

You fill in the blanks..

Have a good Sunday.

There maybe a couple dealers down here going to lose out, so what brands would people like to see down here that we don't already have?

I have been following this thread. I agree its a concern seeing dealerships changing in brands. I’m old enough to remember as a student in the late 70s having a variety of dealers selling the same brand within a 20 miles. And they’re were more brands prior to mergers of the manufactures . Machinery dealers are going the same way as merchants who did the same a lot earlier. Large companies dealing in the inputs we buy from. we have more choice than the one we sell to who control the market.
