So where is the Case franchise going to end up then?
Well I think maybe & I 'm only guessing if we ignore the rumour I heard earlier in the week about Deutz & CFM there is only one possible place for Case to go, they'd been pushing for a 2 depot dealer for a while.
Which then leaves us with who will TFM take on ?

Does anyone think deere have part ownership of these large dealers.for the life of me I don’t know how these huge dealers expand and build huge new depots.all has to be paid for and not huge amount of machines getting sold.

Indirectly deere have the biggest share
They fund all the new stock via stocking facilities via the JD bank based in Belgium
Most will have other JD bank facilities
Ie
Used machines and dealer hire fleet's
Take these facilities away and most dealers would struggle to carry one in the same way.

So JD hold all the card's
You can't sell the JD franchise to anyone as they have full say on who can have it
You are on a rolling 12 months notice renewal is October each year

CLAAS only have 14/15? You never hear much complaining about that. As long as you're able to get your parts same day with decent mobile mechanics like CLAAS then there isn't a big deal.

Don't know what al the fuss is about. In most of the other threads dealers are referred to as 'stealers' and generally abused for being too expensive on parts, hopeless on sales service or a rip off with workshop charges and useless mechanics.
Maybe that's why they're getting dumped?
