John Deere terrible reverser kick on half of them ?

Why do almost 50% of 6020 and 6030 PowrQuads have problems with normal start on reverser ? 6030 are the worst.
Some of them kick like you moved your left leg on the side from the pressed clutch pedal. It is terrible.
Calibration does not help. Sometime it makes it little bit better but tomorrow same thing like the computer forgot settings.

Is the replacement of that reverser solenoid only solution ? I have opened it and inside there is a spring and some other parts, can that spring be the problem ? Maybe to change it if possible so I dont need to buy new solenoid ?

Thanks

They can be modulated by the dealer, or is that what you mean by calibrating?
My 6420 is quite bad when it's cold but fine when warmed up. It would be lovely to just have some way of modulating it yourself with a switch like many other brands have.

Yes that is what I mean. I have also Service Advisor and can make calibration but it does not get better.
I think no other tractor has that stupid problem. I think it gets better when you change that solenoid but how come that all of them have solenoid problem and no errors on the diagnostic.

That is why I am asking if there is any other solution ?
If it kicks then I manually lower the pressure and increase filling time. Is that correct way of making it better ? Logically I should be able to make it drive soft as AutoPowr.

My 6330p when starting off the clutch peddle only had two positions ON/OFF but after a couple of shuttles it was soon back working properly

It’s not just a JD problem. Iv had this on customers valtra an Massey tractors when loading seed drill or fert spinner. Only JD we have had that was noticeable bad was a 9500 hour 6620.

Oh goodie. Feel free to "hack" your tractors lads!

Guess who held (past tense) the patent for transmission shuttle valve modulation control.....?
Guess when the patent expired....today!!
