There is nothing, and I mean nothing, That President Biden, nor the person that comes after him, can do to jack up the price of energy. The US has tonnes of oil and gas from fracking. It makes oil/tar sand production look ridiculous. The US will be exporting energy for decades to come. That's a fact. There is nothing anyone can do to stop that. Yes, signing the Paris accords will make energy a bit more expensive in the USA. But given that all countries have basically signed up to it, there will be no net disadvantage of Americans because everyone is accepting the need for it.
Keystone XL was a bit dubious in the current economics of oil today anyway.

Trump you see, packed the Supreme Court with judges just like himself. Then he took case after case after case about corrupt voting to them, just so they could rubber stamp then.

I don't believe everyone is accepting, I personally have no view one way or other, regardless, if you are going to give the planets largest polluter another 10 years free rein to continue polluting more and more it kind of makes this so called Paris agreement a joke.
