JPM trailers

We have a Jpm dump trailer. They forgot to weld stops on the axle. So it fouled chassis. They took it back and rectified problem

The air tank isn't situated in a good place either. If carting through heavily rutted tracks it catches the ground.

For light farm use it does fine. As with all things. You get what you pay for.

Bogie collapsed on our 14t dump trailer at 18 months old. Holes were gassed out for the bosses, but the welder didn't fill in the voids. Poor workmanship of the highest order. Did call them, they just said " what do you expect me to do about it".

Oh... and the PUH ring snapped clean off. No weld penetration.
Other than that it's been ok!!

I don't think it would be fair to list names of fellow countryman business's on here.

Go take a look and form your own opinion.

I wasn't impressed with timber quality, remould tyres, number of steel bed supports, strength of ramps and no led lights as standard of certain lowloaders hence buying JPM.

Just generally looking...
Thought I'd ask as I've not been round any of their kit and I couldn't help but question quality with the price point!

Generally I thought the newer JPM stuff looked better, seen 16 ton dump trailers on proper 10 stud commercial axles etc and looked ok.

It’s probably worth remembering the comparison to the prices that used trailers like Kane, NC, Redrock are making. You could have your new JPM for the price of a used trailer.

We've a tri axle jpm loloader here it carrys weight well and tows well but the finishing is terrible, some of the welds underneath look pretty terrible, no end of issues with lights and hydraulic pipes, the grease points for the suspension are pretty useless to, you can get a grease gun on but because the nipples is recessed into the pin you cant get any wiggle room to get the coupling back off again. We also had a jpm dump trailer before and it was nothing but problems.
