Well he IS a war criminal. And why he's allowed to be in any way active in British politics today, I do not know. He ought to be shut up in some dark cellar somewhere, his writings destroyed, his opinions unheard, and allowed to fade away. Since we don't have the death sentence, that is.

He and his government were our democratically elected representatives at the time. They made a decision on our behalf as a parliamentary sovereignty to go to war. If he and parliament are guilty of war crimes then we as a country have to also share that collective guilt.

We were guilty of believing a liar, I suppose.

He certainly isn't alone in it. He and Brown had some sort of unholy deal, I think.

don't worry
the lynch mob will be here in a bit then some will be happy
just watch they don't get you

I am no fan of the bloke but if he has done something wrong then he should face the court if found guilty then his fate decided upon

The tossers presents false and doctored evidence to Parliament as a means to get the desired result. Blair's desired result was to get himself and Britain cosied up to mother USA and Bush. Of course he never intended the eventual outcome to be as disastrous as it ultimately did.

It was a con. Blair knew full well the 'evidence' if you could dare call it that, was paper thin.

The warhawks in the US political system have wanted back into Iraq since GW1. They considered the job unfinished business. The 9/11 attacks and the carp about weapons of mass destruction just gave them an excuse to put their plan into action. Saddams army could have fitted into a phone box at the end of GW1 and sanctions near crushed the country after it.

You really do have an anit-British chip on your shoulder. It comes out more strongly the longer this Brexit debate does on.

Do you ever mention the Irish government who were state sponsors of terrorists for many years (either actively or passively by turning a blind eye to them living in their jurisdiction e.g. not extraditing such as Fr Patrick Ryan)?????

Maybe we should all stay more silent on the issues!

A lot pf the support was overtly provided by the UK gov and the US for reasons i dont understand
