Junk file - normal in box

For some reason , all my e mails are landing in the junk mail box . I can move them over to my in box but it's one more useless job . AFAIK I haven't altered any settings , but I'd like to revert to the usual in box receiving . Any ideas please ?

Check your inbox “rules” I’ve had a spam email in the past that has applied a rule to my inbox that says any incoming email with “@“ in the address is moved to junk.
You’ll have to google how to check and edit your rules and it needs to be done on a pc rather than a phone. Hope that helps

I read the e mails on my P.C. - never have had a problem until now . Service provider "Zen internet " always been 100% - not the cheapest but I get a regular 34/5 Mps speed on fibre
If you are om a Mac, you probably need a new computer.
In the evergreen words of Eliza Doolittle "Not bladdy likely "
Webmail or an email program (Thunderbird? Outlook? Livemail?)

So, if your email address is @zen then maybe ask them?
No , it isn't "@Zen " it's one that I bought many years back ( 1 to 1 ?)and I pay them a few pounds annually to host it . It's OK now though , I went through the "rules " and made a rule that they go into my "In box" as suggested , so Thanks all - flap over ! I still don't know how the rule came to be changed in the first place .
