Wrong time and wrong place.

Media can blow things out of proportion.

Maybe someone sent him a message that was inappropriate to view in the chamber.
Maybe he already had a Web page open to some inappropriate when he opened the Internet browser.
Maybe he was openly watching porn.

He has reported himself.
Tarnished yes.
But he hasn't actually harmed anyone bar himself has he?

Ooooooooooh, IMO there was just something about that didn't ring quite true.
Always thought he was a bit condescending when chairing any HOC Select Committees.

TBH, I was never absolutely 100% sure he was doing us many favours.

He has a "personality" but I wouldn't call him condescending. I have been in front of him giving evidence to the EFRA committee and I found him very accommodating and went out of his way to put me at ease.

On June 25, 2018, PSNI officers went to Gill’s yard, where they found a large amount of waste consisting of scrap wood, pallets, carpet and underlay.
