Could Like a modern lighter wider version of the old 4 or 6 axle ' rotatiller' I guess, was a good tool until the bearings and shaft s got worn .

Certainly stirred things up without going to deep unless you put them at a very steep angle to each other.

How does Kelly chain harrow work in much spring barley straw?
Are there some in UK?

if you do a search there is a couple of threads on them here in the past - a good tool for very light cultivation / trash spread for what I can tell
