In fact yes, it was an accidental litter, my style isn’t exploiting animals for financial profit, not that any of this is your business at all.... I’m not aware there is any mention of price on this advert, so please don’t assume.

Why can you farm a cow a sheep or even pigs which are cleverer than a lot of dogs but can’t breed a litter of pups

Breeding cows pigs sheep are all chosen for their edible qualities.

Dogs aren't eaten in the UK. 2 different types of dog (herder and gundog) are unlikely to produce work dogs for either job. And they'll be massively unsuitable for the vast majority of pet homes.

Looks like welfare problems waiting to happen.

Gamekeeper I'm pals with has 2 cocker x collies and they are magic gundog & the best at dogging in wanderers.

If it works it works.

But social media is full of work bred lockdown pups which proved unsuitable in pet homes and being rehomed as neurotic messes.

I got my pure lab bitch 10 years ago. She's a work bred dog. I got her at 12 months old, and I was her 5th owner, including the breeder.

Don't want to take this thread any further off topic so I'll say no more.
