I had a ‘two year’ one as well. Wear it as a badge of honour.
My immediate thought was that 20% off brings them halfway towards what they usually manage after far too much haggling, when they are informed as to what their competitors normally charge.
I don’t do horse trading though, hence the two years since using my account. If they priced realistically to start with, they probably get a lot more business.
