Yes Montgomeryshire is a nice place to live and work

I certainly prefer the scenery up here, much better than a lot of the Cotswolds even. Keep it under your hat though, or we'll be getting as many tourists coming this way.

I might even have started, I saw a bus load of Japanese tourists on a guided tour of Monty yesterday. I thought I was in Bourton on the Water for a minute!

Digging out behind barn conversion for wall to be Tanked and rendered.
New drain all around and back filled with clean stone.

It's a shower room.
All split level inside.
Myself I'd dig out wider all round and let it breath.repoint job done no more damp risk.

Sub base shale capping come today started to level out then vibrating roller over it then top dress with 100mm of scalpings and dust.
