PHSI is probably short numberplate speak for "Physio Sue" or "Physi Sue" i.e. she's a physiotherapist

The PH is pronounced F thus..... F-SI SUE. Or Fizzy Sue.


(kind ruins it now I've explained the physio bit)

I heard it was there, that the whole idea started, they took the hole from this wall and sold it for mega money to some chap on a bike who was desperate to store some grass seed.

As they back filled the hole with bricks they came across the idea of the plumb line, but abandoned it as it slowed down the job, rumour has it they sold the rights to the "plumb line" to all the builders in the area, knowing full well it would slow them up, thus making them the fastest brickies in town.. Their yachts arrived soon after...
