I left some "dry fields" to do last winter but never got there.

So.. thicko question here.. which direction is your rotor turning, as viewed from the cab?
I think the ones which do the roadside grass here would be anti-clockwise, but that must chuck a lot of stuff at the tractor, when you're holding it at hedge height?

Forward or anticlockwise flails cutting on upward pass.
