@neilo I thought you had some kind of drill your self, aitchinson?
Would that not have done the job or is this a more suitable machine?

I do have a Simtech Aitchison, which is a very similar drill (but better, obviously:whistle:). Our new local Hurrells salesman was looking for a field by the road, where he could play and show people what the seed mix and his shiny new drill could do. I'm only providing the field, I'm not paying the bugger.(y)

He's doing a couple of fields for me on the same footing . [emoji6]

do yer check for slugs pre drilling ?? got hit years ago with one job dark side of a hill lot of cover etc nothing come up
put a few damp sacks down over night and found heap of slugs
other jobs never had much of a prob but most were sprayed off for a few months pre drilling
