suspect the establishment,
would rather lock up the young journalist,
in the journalist wing of belmarsh,
than find out who actually leaked it.
It is quite obvious that lad never had the capacity to do the leaking, it has come from inside the FCO, by either a Brexit supporting civil servant for either money or personal advancement.
I would strongly suspect it went to a senior in the Brexit party , who passed it down to deflect suspicion from the origin.
I think you will find far more support in the civil service than you imagine for returning to The olden days when the Foreign and Colonial office was the most important building in the land
