I think in no till a good knapsack and a couple of days can clean up problem spots of weeds quite well. Because your moving less soil you will tend to find certain weeds can crop up in clumps or bands when the occur.
I've had decent success with keeping problem weeds in hand with this so far. Mainly brome and wild oat and sometimes with a chemical mix which may or may not be strictly correct (ie mix of roundup and axial) but seems to do a good job.
You can do a good 100 acres a day with a good knapsack and its certainly cheaper than blanket spray applications.
