Not sure I’d class two foot as deep enough but will be good 99.9% of the time

That is fine until you hit a big BT cable, that can cost hundreds of thousands of pounds

I'd never work on a verge because of this, there's no telling of where they are, especially BT.

Linesearch is good, but doesn't cover everything and can flag up some gas, which take weeks to visit.
