3m Weaving sub disc with seeder would suit your requirements better. Shakerator legs to lift wheelings, discs to level and gutler packer to finish. Seeder on top would be fine for your Deere to pull. Rolling afterwards would see the job done. Germinator with close tines will block on the haulm. Germinator is purely a shallow fine seedbed cultivator which needs a sympathetic operator.;)

For temporary grass?? I assumed he wanted a quick cheap option 🤷‍♂️

Got a 6 metre one , paid £1500 for it ten years ago! Good on land that’s been ploughed in the winter . The quicker you go the better finish it leaves .
