That must be something to do with glass tint, my 30.60 has perfect visibility it's one of the many aspects I really like about it 👍

BTW I'm not for one second doubting your experience.

Mine is white well meant to be anyway 😂

I'll put pictures up tomorrow but I've a different cab so here's a link for Farm Flix Bobcat video.

I quite like the pin release a very safe idea that the pins come out when you stop pressing the button and a wee black lock so you can't press it by accident.

That's it on the left in red for those who have never seen one.

Just a bit of lateral thinking solves the attaching procedure.

Boom out, press and hold button, boom in whilst lowering headstock, attachment off, release button.

Line up headstock near attachment, press and hold button, boom out to engage then tilt or lift as required, release button, attachment on.

Boom does all the moving, I have pin and cone so couldn't be simpler 👍😎

Here's another. Note, there is only one Manitou in the yard!! 🤣

Are there not legal limits on how much noise in the work place , that bleeper system will lead to permanent hearing loss over time.( very angry) farmers should not have to put up with sutch very high levels of noise

I'm no expert on exact cab spec, just know the bigger ones as in the Farm Flix video are more curved than my 30.60 and the metal safety roof grill is a different shape and seems to come down the front windscreen a bit more.

I've put up a link to Balgownie my local Bobcat dealer as there is pictures of a few different models together that'll perhaps explain better what I mean.

The latest new models are what they call the R serious, a very fancy machine compared to what I have, hope there not too clever.

Apparently Balgownie have sold some of them and some people are on their third machine, meeting a Bobcat up here is quite common now 👍

I'm sure they'll have faults come time like all machines but not really heard of a major horror story yet and warranty is good and properly supported as far as I hear.

I suspect in real life if you were there it wasn't really as loud as on the Farmflix video, it depends how you have the microphone setup.

I put a short clip on my YouTube channel and my phone definitely made things sound louder than they really are.

It was just a short clip about Bobcat load sensor whilst using the toetip bucket, I did have one with the radio on and you'd think I was in a loud nightclub 🤣 😎
It flagged up a copyright problem so I just deleted it, don't really know how your meant to put music on YouTube, I see some do.

Ours isn't a beep its more of a buzzer and lot less offensive to the ears
I was at a safety open day at Thainestone ( local mart for friends down South)

The chap at the telescopic safety section was demonstrating that, it's done using White noise, as they call it.
The chap thought it was much better as it alerted people close by but not half a valley away 🤣👍
