Krm gearbox bearing

My machine is a basic L1 12 metre spread just finished up with her and washing down notice I have a wobble on one of discs. Bearing must be on way out. How does it come to bits ? Where do I start? Big job? Doesn’t look to bad to take complete gearbox off if discs were disconnected.

All comes apart easily. Take off the disc, the yellow plates on the sides of the drive shaft pop off when you undo the bolts. Most important thing to remember is when you unscrew the agitator one side is left hand thread the other right hand.
It’s all in the parts book, there’s various kits you can get and replace all the seals.

Any problems phone krm they are really helpful

Grub screw out, spanner on the flats and jam the disc with a block of wood. Shouldn’t be too tight. I think right hand side is RH thread but don’t hold me to it

It is possible to replace the bearings with out removing the disc or agitator, remove the yellow casing around the
gear pull off lower bearing then the gear ,and then the top bearing can be pulled down the shaft
