Krone easy cut 32 help

I have a old 2005 krone easy cut 32 front mower without conditioner just two big top hats behind the bed that shoves the grass in to rows one of the bearings have gone on the large rear top hats and the buggers seized on the shaft tried wd40 and heat and she’s not budging has any one els been hear with any advice other than cutting a hole in the top hat to get heat further down the shaft I’m running out of ideas ! nothings ever simple but at least it’s a wet day finally!

Drive timber wedges under either side of top hat. Then hit the shaft with a good drift.
