Kubota kx91-3 fuel issues

Hi guys I’m having trouble with what seems like fuel starvation on my kubota digger it’s had a new fuel filter and the low pressure pump seams to be working ok. When I look in the tank there’s a lot of fuel coming out of the return line almost as much as what getting pumped in. Is that normal.

Would think that's normal. Is the electric stop/run solenoid moving fully when you turn the key and the manual stop lever in fully run position?(should be spring loaded anyway) Air filter clean? What are the symptoms?

What makes you think fuel starvation?

its Like it’s losing power and almost stalls than then will pick up again and keep repeating. I would say lack of fuel or air in the system.

Not sure that's the stop solenoid. Should be on injector pump

I don't recognise that bit! The stop solenoid should be on the forward end of the injector pump. You should hear/feel it click when turning the key but it must be working,at least to a certain extent or the engine wouldn't run at all. Two nuts hold it on.Take it off and turn the key to see if the rod is fully moving.
You sure there isn't also an inline fuel filter somewhere too? Many of these had.

Your picture looks like another fuel cut off valve.It could be faulty too. It's not in the parts list but being an American parts list, things could be to a different spec.
