Trying to get the pulley off the back of the kuhn power harrow, tried everything, there was 3 allen headed bolts in partially threaded holes originally... I took them out and screwed them into the fully threaded holes thinking that would release the hub but it’s still solid?

anyone any ideas? 😃

Tried to move the one here last weekend its 2 or 3 mm too far out for the belt alignment ,no joy I was still drilling so I didnt waste time on it .What about a heavy plate with 3 holes corresponding to the threaded holes ,a hole in the centre just big enough for the extension of a hyd puller to go through and the outside dia of the plate big enough locate three legs of the pullers behind. The problem is the gearbox shaft normally a sharp clout with a heavy hammer on the shaft should separate the taperlock pulley but theirs no way I,d try that trick on the gearbox output shaft.

Are there grubscrews on the other side holding a taper lock sleeve in? If so, it will never move.

This is from the DA manual

When you have the bolts in the threaded holes, gently tap the end of them and the taper will go towards the gearbox, releasing the pulley.
Make sure the pulley is inline and tighten the taper to it when refitting.
