Anyone own an old Kuhn aero? I’ve picked one up for putting cover crops into standing crops. I’ve sorted most issues out, I’m just struggling to understand its calibration process, I’ve got the book but it’s in German logic.
if anyone could help that’d be great, or any pointers on definite no-no’s.
Does the calibration have to be done on all four rollers together, indiv as it’s not clear.
Does each of the three dosages need to be calibrated in each program, because I can’t work out how to do this. Or is it automatic once you’ve calibrated your seed/fert type on one rate?
Ive had some varying results, is it more accurate the longer I run the calibration for?
when it comes to spreading what’s the logic as to which way to run the spout flaps, 90/45 degree? top or bottom?
I’m mostly going to be spreading, buckwheat, phacelia, turnip mix, with a small amount of cereal.
any help much appreciated
