Kuhn Axis weight cell replacement

I've just replaced the weight cells on a 2007 40.1 but I cant get the machine to weight correctly.

Is there a procedure for calibrating the new cells other than setting zero or a known weight? (tried both with no joy)

The only other though I've had is, the new cells are slightly different. They have more capacity and the output is slightly different to the originals, will the box need a software update to be able to work now? What revision is currently being used on a Quantron E and who can update it for me?

Have you went in through service menu and calibrated empty hopper and known quantity ?
what weight did you use as known quantity I have found using 1200 kg two bag s work but one bag does not work

Yea I tried that, I've been in through the service menu and zero'd them, after I put 4 bags in the weight reading went to -400kgs. So next I tried putting in a known weight of 2400kgs and it just stuck at that weight as the Flow Factor slowly went down. After the first headland I realised something was up and switched auto off and set the FF to finish the day.

Did you replace both ??
did you fit genuine Kuhn cells?
We’re they fitted the correct way arrow pointing up?
did you Emery paper the multi plug going into box?

Marr you resting spreader on ground when refilling ?

Yea, both were replaced with genuine Kuhn and plugs were checked and cleaned. The arrow has thrown me though, I've fitted them with the arrow facing down thinking it's direction of weight 🤔 but that does make sense if the weight went to minus straight away. I will flip them around this morning and see how it goes 👍
