Kuhn bed stuck

Take the 4 10 mm bolts out of the top of the hat then the 4 17 mm out of inside the top hat then 4 more nuts off the satellite or hub if it’s a modern type
If it’s the old type it’s a pain

it wouldn't happen to be anything like a blade that's locked it.
it id be rare for a disc to stick just from that alone, unless its dinged a few teeth fairly badly, there would normally be more of a high spot but you would be able to turn it with some force.

as livestock says, its handy of its the model you can pull the hub off but if its the other version then its a complete bed strip.
