Hi everyone.
I've got a kuhn axis 30.1 with s4 discs on 24 meter tramlines and need to spread some Origin 26.0.0 35. Has anyone got a setting for me as its not on the kuhn app.
Thanks

Ask Origin for the name and location of the manufacturer, then select both of them in the Rauch app or on their 'Streutbuellen' (SP?) settings website. I.e, if its a German manufacturer then set your country as Germany.

I have just bought a kuhn axis 30.1 second hand. Do you just take the settings of the app/ website or do they come with a shaker box like a Sulky and you can put in the specific weight and sizes of prills to work out your settings?

Mine came with an indexed laminated photo book, like a deck of cards with a bolt through one corner.
Eg, you go to the section for KCL, and drop a teaspoon full of prils on each photo, and use the corresponding setting for the picture with the correct size distribution.
That photo book is now on the Rauch smartphone app, along with thousands of fertiliser charts covering hundreds of fertiliser / disc / width combinations.

This is from a while back.
For limited border speading I think you need to be about 480pto speed.
Never sure how to do this without a separate pass as a slower pto speed us only required on outside dusc and not inner?

I am I missing something on the app. I got the spreader out today to put a bit of YARA granular urea on the grassland. I only wanted to put on 75kg/ha at 18m at 12Kph. According to the app I put the metering slider to 55.
Rather than putting on 75kg/ha I would say it would be closer to 130-140kg/ha. I ended up putting the slider down to about 35. I didn't expect it to be exact but not that far out or am I doing something wrong?

Hi .
With my axis 30.1 with electronic metering I have to set up the spreader with the app to get the spread pattern and then weigh the quantity of fertiliser that falls into the calibration bucket over a set time.
In put that information into the computer and that then sets the spreader flow factor and ensures the spreader is accurate.
Hope this helps.
