Kuhn plough depth wheel damper ram

Hi. Has anyone ever recharged the damper ram on a kuhn plough? Theres an Allen bolt screwed into the end presumably for this purpose, wondered if I was right, what oil, and how much to put in. Going over a bit faster than it used to do.

I would just try some thinker oil in it for a start, seem to do the trick years ago with the kv dampers. Try 80 90 gear oil, should steady it up.
