I'm guessing you mean soil jamming around the discs and causing them to bulldoze?
We get that in really sticky going only way to stop it is less pressure and or go faster .
The soil picks up on the front ones and catches the back discs and starts to slow it all down till it starts to bulldoze. Basically when it's like that it's usually time to go home till it's drier

Reduce pressure and move the press wheels to the back holes will help with the discs blocking.
