Kuhn sw4014 round bale pre tensioners

We have a sizeable amount of round bales to do this yr and the wrapper is running on square bale cogs for the pretensioners for the film.
Off chance has anyone got a set for round bales? I think they are 21 and 37 teeth.
Dealer order said could be 4-6 weeks for them. We'll be done by then...

we have run that wrapper for a long time now, both rounds and squares, never have altered the gears, just the settings on the screen, never had any issues

Thats what I'm doing. I'm just trying to be as economic as possible with the wrap but still putting on 6 layers.
I think the square bale gears are 60% stretch and the round bales ones are 70% still got a few thousand to do too.

Fair enough.. We’ve done a lot of bales over the years, and being economical with wrap has never been a wise move, for what it’s worth.

Definitely not. That's why 6 layers. If we had a standard round bale wrapper it would put it on at 70% stretch that's all and do more bales per roll.
