Hi, please go easy, not really tec minded, we have kv screen linked to a gps dome for a kv fert spreader, with section control unlocked, will this control a kuhn fert spreader?

Ok thankyou, so i take it the kv gps system is only to control kv equipment

The KV screen should be ISO, so in theory it could be possible. But in practice I sincerely doubt it.

There is bound to be a work around but prob expensive

If it’s Isobus then yes it will work fine. (In theory that’s the whole idea behind Isobus )

Surely kuhn wouldn’t want their screen being used by kv or vice versa so it won’t be straight forward as plugging it in?

Im afraid this is the case, but is it not a stand alone gps unit?

If its an isobus screen then technically anything will work on it as long as its isobus too.... Technically..

Exactly, it depends how Universal the manufacturers decide to make the universal terminals

I've never tried the section control but my kv screen will happily run a kuhn grain drill
