KV wrapper issue

Afternoon all.

I have just gone to use a wrapper I picked up at auction.
I cannot get the top wrap holder to come down into place.

Any information would be most appreciated,

Third picture where it’s snapped off. There spins be an arm that comes down you use like a lever.
It will be sized up

Did the same job 2 days ago. Knock the roll pin out, and the end will come off, then knock the shaft out, try and not mushroom the end over or it will get stuck and you'll have to grind the end down. Clean it up and put it back together with some grease.
