Kverneland Exacta TL Not Spreading

Hello all. I have the above spreader and all has been going fine until this afternoon suddenly it will no longer open the actuators to let the fert out whilst in work. The actuators work fine if I set them to manually dump the fert out. The box is getting a speed signal and a disc speed signal. There appears to be a cross over the actuators on the display (see photo), both sides are switch on however
Can anybody shed any light on this?

Thanks you.

Sorry no idea really but does the area done click up as you go along, would think that would point to a wiring/pcb problem if it does.
As @quattro check the top two boxes on the spanner page have figures in them, picture maybe someone could spot a fault.

So I inspected the cabling around the border limited and all seems fine. I used some electrical contact cleaner on the isobus plug and changed the start off figure from 1 to 38. Took it back to the field and she’s working away as it should now.
Thank you all for your replies. Much appreciated.

For some reason they occasionally go back to 1 or a low figure

That start off figure can change if you've gone razzing along the road at 50kmh with the job still open to get more fert, on the geo spreader that is.

Don't know, not had it not open myself.
I have had the geo spreader tell me it couldn't meet the requirements to do 240kg/ha once, turned out by flying along with the job open it had tried to set itself to do it at 50kmh, it couldn't, few calls soon set me straight, set the start point more realistic then it can work itself out.

Sorry to change topic, but do users feel the benefits of an all singing all dancing spreader is worth the complexity and cost premium over a dumb spreader?

Just got a basic 2009 Axis 30.1 here.
Both the agitators bearings needed replaced two years ago but other than that only other inconvenience’s with it have been the occasional burst hose when you want to be cracking on.

Seems to be countless threads with faulty actuators and electrics not always working as they should with some of them.

Would everyone buy another or would some go back to a basic spreader next time around?

Definitely stick with hi spec spreader for me I never had much bother with my Kuhn's . I've had 2 actuators on my kv but the accuracy of the auto shut off in butts etc makes up for any short comings for me

I had a Kuhn quantron and just replaced it with another.

Didn't bother with weigh cells or auto on/off and section control. Mine does have actuators.

No regrets, could buy a fair bit of fert for 7k extra for full spec machine .

Fancy spreaders aren't worth much of anything after there old either. Would need to change them regularly.

My old one was 14 years old.
