Bought a half set of mouldboard knives/furrow splitters to try out.

Where have people found them most effective In to one of the spare holes or replaced a bolt in the stay?

I'm thinking one of the two holes in the middle is the most obvious.

Yeah full set of boards and shins, new skimmer points and set of knock on points.
Landsides getting turned too.

A lot of metal for only 120 acres of ploughing this year but it'll last a long time 😉
There's hundreds of acres left in the ones you're taking off !!!!.

I'm pretty sure them knifes need to be either on the share or just behind it tho

Oh I doubt that very much. Poke them hard enough and your finger would go through them.
The tails were welded up once already and now the patch has gone too.

Looking at the pictures they actually look quite good though

Although the rear board in the picture is actually a new one already after somebody (not me) reversed in to a pole

They certainly look like new compared to what I'll take off anyway

I got half a set like you to try. Put mine in the middle hole of the board, the one your thinking of probably. Worked well on our heavy clay ground. Out of interest where did you get your boards from, I’m looking to put some on mine. Original kv?
