Kverneland wrapper counter

Hi folks

Wrapper counter doesn't seem to be working. It's had a new sensor but no joy. The screen seems to be working fine, but doesn't move of zero when it's turning. Any ideas?

Magnet on the turntable not close enough to the sensor or missing.

Broken wire between the sensor and the box.

Fault in the contacts of the plug between the sensor and the box.

Magnet is set at approx 8mm, manual says 6-10mm, so that should be fine.

New wire between sensor and box, and new connectors all round, so it shouldn't be that

Are they expensive to replace? Unsure if this is helpful, but we have farmers using these wireless counters. Hasn't be used to specifically count hay bales but I'm sure it could work fine. The counters data can be viewed on an online dashboard.

what are the magnets like ?

these are on my bale stacker

if the reader is bye the magnet over winter ,.....will need a new one come spring
