In the process of a new slurry store, were in a high rainfall area so wanting to cover it has anybody experience of the above? Also do they fold back to stir? Cheers
Could have hole in cover then after emptying or mixing patch back up .?I enquired a few years ago about covers and they all had to be left in situ and needed a specialist stirrer to mix. I don't know why they couldn't do a retractable cover a bit like a swimming pool one.
Another option someone suggested was to put o low eaved shed over it a ex industrial type shed with second hand steal roof
With new ammonia regulations around the corner a roof like this might keep rain out but wont contain the ammonia.
